Lisanatti Almond Cheese
This stuff is an awesome cheese alternative made from almonds! It actually tastes like cheese but is low in fat and high in protein! You can eat in in anything you'd put cheese on (it melts, too... which is awesome for grilled cheese sandwiches!) or just bite off a chunk of it, like I do 😛

(Sprouts also carries these in smaller amounts than online.)
I like to think of this stuff as a high-protein "blank canvas," to use in both cooking and baking. Of course, you can use it as yogurt and add fruit and nuts or whatever you'd like to it, but you can use it as an alternative "clean" ingredient in things dips, dressings, cookies, chicken salad, soups, or even use it in replacement of sour cream! There are so many uses!
